Early arrival and late departure will depend on availability of the villa at the time of arrival or departure, charges may apply.
Chef Fee
Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card with an additional surcharge up to 5%.
Extra Bedding and Child Policy
Extra bed is available at USD 50++ per night per person, inclusive of daily breakfast.
Child under 2 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
A baby cot and high chair is available for free upon request. Advance booking is required.
Babysitting service may be arranged at THB 350++ per hour and THB 450++ per hour after 8 pm. Booking in advance with a minimum of 4 hours prior is required.
Airport Transfers Inclusion
Rates for 4 bedrooms and below includes 1 x round trip airport transfer (1 van only for each way, 7-10 persons per van depending on the number of luggage and conditions apply).
Rates for 5 bedrooms and above includes 1 x round trip airport transfer (2 vans only for each way, 7-10 persons per van depending on the number of luggage and conditions apply).
Additional airport transfer service available upon request (charges apply).
Linen and Towels
Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every three (3) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges.
No laundry facilities on site, however laundry service is available with extra charges and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.
